🧂 Ingredients (1–2 servings):
- 150g noodles (instant noodles, ramen, or spaghetti)
- 1.5 tbsp sesame paste or peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 small garlic clove (grated) or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1–2 tbsp hot water (to thin sauce)
- Chili flakes or chili oil (optional)
🍜 Instructions:
- Boil noodles according to package (2–3 mins if using instant ramen). While they cook, make the sauce.
- In a bowl, mix:
- Sesame paste or peanut butter
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Garlic
- Honey (optional)
- Add a little hot water to thin it into a smooth sauce.
- Drain noodles, toss immediately with the sauce.
- Top with chili flakes, sesame seeds, or chopped scallions if you like.
